Full Time ATC

Client Schools have the option of hiring On-Site on a per school basis for 10, 11, or 12 months.

* On-Site covers hiring and training of ATC
* On-Site covers payroll expense, taxes, and insurance
* On-Site provides "sick day" coverage

During good or poor economic times, we understand that securing funding for ATC's can be difficult. On-Site negotiates with each client on a case by case basis and the typical cost of a full time ATC is comparable to that of a first year teacher.

On-Site invoices the client each month for a flat fee and takes care of all employee expenses.

Part Time ATC

Client schools can hire On-Site on an hourly, weekly, monthly or seasonal basis.

* On-Site covers all payroll expenses, taxes, insurance, workers compensation and liability

Having a Certified Athletic Trainer at home events has become a necessity - and in some school systems, it is required. Some clients, however, cannot afford another full time employee.

On-Site offers flexible plans that meet your needs. Our competitive rates range from $30 to $110 per hour depending the sport and coverage time. We can also price services on a per event or season basis.

Finder's Fee

We understand that replacing an ATC or finding a new one is a time consuming task. Client schools can hire On-Site to find and interview suitable ATC's for an available position.

* Coordination of all follow-up interviews


A Finder's Fee will not be collected if an On-Site ATC does not accept a formal offer.

The fee ranges from 5% to 20% of the first year salary and depends on the position needed, preparation time required and other factors.
